Pool News
z The extended
season hours begin Saturday August 21st. Now the
pool is open S aturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm & M-F open swim from 3pm
to 6 pm with water fitness/aerobics or lap swim from 6-7pm.
z The Ruby Valley
Swimming Pool Present had the first "Swim-n-movies"
Saturday the 14th. The one day delay was due to weather.
Boy was Swim-n-movies fun!!! JAWS is an oldie but a goodie
and made for a fun event.

z The Ruby Valley
Swimming Pool Presents "Swim-n-movies"!!! That's right the
perfect date night for young and old alike. What better way to
spend Friday 13th than to cuddle up with a special someone and
watch a scary movie! or go soak in a nice warm pool, and now you
can do them both at the same time! JAWS, an oldie but a goodie
will start at 8 pm, with popcorn and beverages!
z The extended

to 6 pm and water fitness/aerobics or lap swim from 6-7pm.
Saturday & Sunday hours will be 1-5 pm.
z Mom, Dad, & Me is
on Wednesday nights from 5-6p.m. This is a time for parents to
bring their little swimmers to the pool for some quality time
without a lot of splashing from others.
z
We are also trying to put a scuba class together that will be
taught here in Sheridan, but need enough interested people. We
do not know the date, time, or price yet, so please call if you
are interested.
z
Swim lessons are done for the summer but if you are interested
in a private lesson please contact the pool.
z
Last but not least, the water slide is running GREEN -
that is green energy with a solar panel powering the water pump. Come
and have some fun now that the mercury is starting to rise!

11th update and Pool News.
z The pool is
OPEN!!! The planned swim season is from Saturday June 12th closing
on September 12th. All
closing dates are dependant on weather and functioning
equipment. Colton Hellwinkel is the pool manager for 2010.

z The Pre-Opening Swim &
Hot Dog Barbeque had decent weather and fun by all. Ruby
Valley Swimming Club provided Hot Dogs for all that showed up.

at 5 pm certain weekdays if there are enough participants.
June 5th update and Pool News
The pool clean-up
day was a success. Thank you to the Ruby Valley Swimming
Club, Pool Manager & fiancée and Lifeguards for your hard work
today.
