Mini Triathlon - August 1st

         Participate in the Mini Triathlon individually or as a team during the Sheridan Festival.  The Triathlon is August 1, 2009.  Entry fee is $5 for individual and $10 for a team; cash prizes and 8 categories. Check back soon for more details and flyer.  Contact the pool to sign-up.  All proceeds are for the Ruby Valley Pool.

Swim Lessons

         First day of swim lessons: Monday July 6, 2009.
         Lessons are either 4 day lessons in one week or 2 days a week for two weeks.
                  Sign up for 9 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday class
                          or     10 am  or 11 am Monday/Wednesday or
                                                         Tuesday/Thursday classes for two consecutive weeks

            Swim Lesson Fees:
               $25 for one week lesson
                     $20 for each additional family member
               Private Swim Lessons are $50 per week
               Mom’s and Tots Swim Lessons: $25 per week

End of swim season, Pool Closes -     Monday September 7th, Labor Day, will be the last day of the 2009 swim season.           

Hours and season schedule are subject to change base on weather, pool operations and as determined by the Sheridan Alder Park & Recreation District or SAPRD at www.sheridanalderparks.org .  The Ruby Valley Swimming Pool is owned by the Town of Sheridan and leased by the SAPRD.  The 2009 Pool Manager is Colton Hellwinkle; the SAPRD contact is Janet Marsh.
